Marketing And Business Development Coordinator

This role will lead strategic marketing and business development initiatives, partnering closely with attorneys, practice groups, and firm leadership to drive client growth and strengthen the firm's presence across Texas. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies. Manage client events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and networking initiatives. Prepare pitches, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials. Support media relations, website, social media, and thought leadership initiatives. Assist with legal rankings, surveys, and CRM/database management. Collaborate with attorneys and leadership to support firmwide marketing goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 4 years of professional services marketing experience (legal industry preferred). Strong writing, communication, project management, and organizational skills. Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
