Manufacturing Technician (3rd Shift) Job Description Join a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing team and help bring specialized products from pilot-scale development to commercial production. This hands-on role combines manufacturing, laboratory operations, and process support in a GMP-regulated environment, offering the opportunity to work with advanced equipment and learn highly specialized production processes. Responsibilities Prepare materials and support manufacturing processes from pilot scale through commercial production. Operate production equipment, including processing tanks, chromatography systems, and automated control systems. Follow SOPs and GMP requirements to ensure product quality and process compliance. Monitor and document process parameters, including temperature, timing, and production data. Perform equipment cleaning, sanitization, and changeovers between batches. Handle raw materials and support production scheduling and inventory activities. Work closely with team members to meet production goals and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 6+ months of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, food, chemical, or GMP manufacturing environments. Experience following SOPs and working in regulated environments. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to work in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment. Work Environment Work in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing facility with both laboratory and production environments. This role requires collaboration across multiple production areas and offers exposure to evolving processes, new products, and commercial-scale manufacturing operations. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Waunakee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $51160.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Employees are eligible for Medical, Dental and Vision on day 1 of employment. The company provides Basic Life insurance, Basic AD&D insurance along with Short-term disability on all full-time employees. Employees have the option to elect Voluntary Life, Voluntary AD&D along with Long-term disability coverage. Health and Flexible spending account options. Full-time employees can contribute to their 401k upon hire and are eligible for a company contribution. 160 hours of vacation & 40 hours of sick time (both pro-rated base on hire date) and 9 paid holidays.
