Senior Accountant

Smaller, well-established holding company, has a new permanent opportunity for a Senior Accountant. Position reports to the CFO with lots of opportunity to learn, take on more, grow. The Senior Accountant will support the CFO on a broad range of accounting and finance work including financial/management reporting, ME close, technical accounting, budgeting, investments, acquisitions and due diligence. Approximate Salary: 85,000-100,000 per year - Depending on experience Responsibilities Of The Senior Accountant Financial close process, financial/management reporting for investments Financial statements for real estate investments Bank reconciliations Budgeting Treasury & cash management Assist with acquisitions due diligence Analysis and budget support for private equity and portfolio company operations Assist in overseeing, developing, and ensuring compliance for accounting procedures and internal controls Providing support, completing special projects and providing ad-hoc reports to management Experience For The Senior Accountant Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business or related Accounting experience in manufacturing, industrials, investments, diversified holding company, and/or family office Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong technical accounting skills Experience working in a private equity environment is a plus About The Company/ Senior Accountant Opportunity Support CFO directly, great opportunity to learn, take on more Will gain a lot of broad exposure to accounting/finance, will wear many hats Exposure to acquisitions, portfolio companies, and family office type businesses Individual will have the opportunity to really make an impact on/in the business and be well recognized Healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, STD/LTD #J-18808-Ljbffr
