Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will assist customers over the phone, schedule appointments, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper follow-up on daily tasks.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is comfortable using computers, pays attention to detail, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a professional office environment.

No industry-specific experience is required. Training will be provided.

This is a 100% in-person position at our Aurora, IL office. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.

• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.

• Follow up on scheduled appointments and verify their completion.

• Communicate with internal team members and outside service providers.

• Monitor incoming emails, voicemails, and missed calls.

• Document customer interactions and follow-up activities in our customer management system.

• Assist with general office administrative tasks.

• Complete assigned responsibilities accurately and on time.

• Attend training and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous customer service, receptionist, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred.

• Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable using computers, email, and customer management software.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
