A key requirement of the training program and role is to be available during the highest volume food service shifts/times in order to receive and rotate foodservice deliveries and organize crucial duties to staff members./liliThe FSL must meet or exceed the training and certification requirements of the shift leader including, but not limited to, Equipment training certification, Leadership training, Food safety (S.U.R.E.) certification, and all other food service excellence modules and classroom certifications. In high volume food service locations, mastery of the FSL position is required as a pre-requisite for promotion to the next level position of Assistant Store Manager (ASM)/li/ul/div
