Customer And Sales Support Specialist The Customer and Sales Support Specialist will support multiple departments in the cement group including Sales, Billing, and Logistics. The role serves as a key coordination point between sales, accounts receivable, logistics, operations, and customers to help ensure pricing accuracy, freight reliability, timely communication, and effective execution of customer commitments. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Sales & Commercial Support Billing & Customer Support Freight & Commercial Coordination Barge & Supply Alignment Global Responsibilities: Regular attendance and physical presence at work is an essential function of this position Adhere to and champion Ozinga's values of Service, Learning, and Entrepreneurship Participate in company safety program This job may require additional duties not listed above and the employee may be asked to perform those duties to meet business needs Qualifications: Education/Specialized Knowledge/Professional Certification: High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or a related field preferred Working knowledge of pricing, freight, logistics, or construction materials preferred Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, transportation management, or a related field preferred Skills/Abilities: Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn and use systems such as Salesforce, Apex, and other internal pricing, tracking, billing or AR tools Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with internal teams, customers, and external partners Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in tracking shipments and handling billing Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing, tracking discrepancies, and logistics coordination Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Team Player: Ability to collaborate with various teams while maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented approach Benefits Information: At Ozinga, we care about the well-being of our team members both in and out of the workplace.
