The HR Coordinator should also have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:Provide a seamless positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboardingProcess all required new hire forms accurately for internal and external applicants to startSchedule HR appointments, in conjunction with Occupational Health for new hires to provide onboarding documentsProvide a high level of customer service to internal/external candidates, hiring managers, and leadershipVerify all credentials/licenses with candidatesConduct background checks - SEL, SCR, CHRC and applicable checks as neededPerform reference checksProvide information to candidates about benefits (Union and Nonunion) PTO plans and retirement plansEstablish/build relationships with hiring managers/departments, colleges & universities to assist in recruiting for all facilitiesAssist recruiters with prescreening candidates, setting up interviews and hiring eventsMaintain accurate data in applicant tracking system (HealthCare Source)Keep up to date on all Pre-Employment Guidelines adhering to State and Federal RegulationsParticipates in and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Special projects as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements:Experience: Experience in Human Resources, preferredEducation: Associates Degree, requiredBachelors Degree, preferredLicenses / Certifications: N/AOther: Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to analyze, explain and present data and findings. Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.Demonstrated strong attention to detail, problem-solving, critical thinking and analytical skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaborating with team members from various healthcare departments.Experience with Microsoft Office suite; including Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.Special Requirements: N/A
