Description: Support daily store operations and ensure accurate administrative payroll and compliance processes. This role is critical to the smooth operation of the store and serves as a key liaison between store leadership and Corporate teams.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced grocery retail environment is highly organized and can manage multiple administrative priorities with accuracy and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store administrative and back-office operations
• Support payroll and timekeeping verification
• Coordinate employee onboarding documentation and personnel files
• Perform cash controls reconciliations and deposit documentation
• Maintain accurate store records reports and compliance documentation
• Communicate effectively with Corporate HR Accounting and Operations
• Support audits operational reviews and process improvements
• Assist store leadership with administrative and operational needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 35 years of administrative or operations experience (grocery or retail preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly required

Schedule

This is an exempt position . The Operations Administrator is expected to work the hours necessary to meet the needs of the business. Schedules may vary based on operational requirements.
