Production Line Worker 2nd Shift Job Summary: Join our team as a Production Line Worker on the night shift. This role is crucial to our manufacturing operations, involving machine operation, assembly, and quality control. We are seeking dedicated individuals who can maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: 2nd Shift * Monday through Saturday * 3:00PM – 11:00PM, must be able to work 10+ hours shift and overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform assembly tasks, quality checks, and packaging of finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure product specifications are met.
• Assist with material handling as needed, including loading and unloading items.
• On the first day of employment, report to Furlando Zachary for orientation.
• Adhere strictly to company policies regarding workplace conduct and safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Production Line Worker or Machine Operator.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Capability to stand for extended periods, 10 – 12 hour shifts
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Must be able to work the full-time night shift schedule, Monday through Saturday.

Production Worker 2nd Shift Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
