AI Quality Analyst

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on. We are now hiring an AI Quality Analyst, based in New York. You will review what our AI produces, identify where it falls short and build the examples our AI team uses to measure and improve quality. You will be the bridge between finance and engineering. Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. Everything you review is handled with complete discretion. What you bring: A background in finance, as an analyst, in research or in a related role. Strong attention to detail, and the ability to explain why something is wrong. Curiosity about AI, with no technical background required.
