Join a global financial services organization supporting a strategic business function focused on operational discipline, workforce planning, financial governance, and organizational effectiveness. This team partners closely with senior leadership to ensure resources, budgets, vendors, and workforce plans remain aligned with changing business priorities. The environment calls for someone who can combine analytical rigor with strong stakeholder communication and turn complex operational and financial information into clear recommendations for leadership.

Engagement: W2 only (no C2C/1099)
Hybrid work environment based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Opportunity to operate as a strategic business partner to leadership across workforce, financial, vendor, and operational planning.
Broad visibility across organizational planning, budget management, business governance, and executive reporting.
How You Will Make An Impact
Drive workforce and headcount planning, including forecasting, organizational reporting, and resource allocation.
Support financial planning through budget forecasting, expense tracking, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Produce workforce, financial, and operational analytics that enable informed leadership decisions.
Develop dashboards and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and related analytical tools.
Manage contract and vendor governance activities, including lifecycle oversight, spending visibility, and resource planning.
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational processes and organizational effectiveness.
Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for senior management.
Support risk, compliance, and governance activities associated with workforce, vendors, expenses, and business operations.
Do You Bring Proven Success in Business Management, Workforce Planning & Financial Governance?
5–7 years of relevant experience in business management, business operations, financial planning, workforce planning, or a related analytical function.
Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial analysis.
Proven experience with headcount planning, workforce analytics, and organizational reporting.
Experience managing or supporting contracts, vendors, and resource allocation.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities using Microsoft Excel and Power BI or comparable dashboarding tools.
Ability to interpret complex operational and financial information and communicate findings effectively to senior stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience supporting process improvement, business governance, risk, or compliance initiatives.
Financial services or similarly complex, regulated-industry experience is beneficial.
