Senior Director of Marketing Operations

Leading the operational backbone of the marketing function, the full-time Senior Director of Marketing Operations will establish processes, performance management, and technology-enabled models to scale marketing effectively in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Build and manage the planning and operating cadence for the marketing function, including annual planning and KPI reviews Partner with marketing leadership to translate strategy into measurable plans and execution roadmaps Drive program governance and execution discipline to enhance campaign coordination and accountability Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, or a related field 12+ years of leadership experience in Marketing operations or related environments Deep expertise in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong understanding of pipeline and performance measurement Proven ability to build and run operating models at scale across complex organizations Strong understanding of marketing and sales technology ecosystems
