Global Total Reward Manager - Americas Focus
HKA
HKA is expanding its Global Total Reward team to enhance reward strategy across the Americas and globally. The role reports to the Global Total Reward Director and works with the Americas People Business Partnering team to improve compensation and benefits with high-quality data analytics. You will engage senior stakeholders, use Workday for rewards, and help mature the Total Reward approach to attract and retain top talent across our global business. #J-18808-Ljbffr HKA
