Ambulatory Clinical Tech Adult Transplant Cellular Therapy and Hematology

About the Practice Our department is the Transplant, Cellular Therapy, and Hematology department. We see adult patients at Lemmen Holton Cancer Pavilion diagnosed with hematologic disorders, both malignant and benign. The BMT side sees patients undergoing allogeneic and autologous stem cell transplants as well as CAR‑T therapy. The hematology side sees patients with various malignant and benign hematologic disorders. Because of the nature of these diseases, our team builds strong rapport with patients and families. We provide both office visits and infusion services in our BMT/Hematology infusion clinic. Our team includes 4 providers, 8 advanced practice providers, several registered nurses who serve as coordinators and infusion nurses, and support staff. We are very team oriented and foster a strong culture of teamwork and open communication. Scope of Work Act as a team member in the delivery of quality patient care under the supervision of a provider or registered nurse. Room patients, collect vitals, and assist in minor office procedures. Process EPIC inbox work, FMLA and short‑term disability work, and answer phones. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or ARC) required within 90 days of hire. Job Details Location: Lemmen‑Holton Cancer Pavilion, 145 Michigan St NE – Grand Rapids. Shift: Day (Monday—Friday) 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Hours: 40 per week.
