Robbie Streett State Farm is looking for a true closer —a competitive, high-energy Acquisition Specialist who loves the chase, follows up relentlessly, and knows how to turn conversations into committed customers. If you’re motivated by goals, enjoy being coached, and take pride in winning the right way, you’ll fit in here. This is not a “wait for leads” role. It’s for someone who creates momentum , stays on the phone, and finishes what they start. What You’ll Do
- Proactively prospect, quote, and close new business (daily activity matters)
- Follow up fast and consistently —you don’t let opportunities go cold
- Explain and recommend insurance products with confidence and clarity
- Own the process from first contact → application → renewal
- Handle objections professionally and keep deals moving forward
- Keep accurate, organized records and pipeline notes (details close deals)
- Competitive “bulldog” drive with strong follow-through
- Comfortable hearing “no” and staying positive and persistent
- Strong communication and people skills—you can build trust quickly
- Goal-oriented, coachable, and accountable
- Sales/customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus)
- Licensing: P&C and Life/Health] or willingness to obtain
- Clear expectations, coaching, and a team that pushes for results
- Performance-driven opportunity with room to grow
