Job Description
The Sanders Law Firm is looking for a paralegal/administrative assistant to join our team in our Grand Central office.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, interpersonal and customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, excellent time management skills with a proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines, Understanding of legal language and principles, and other related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys with case management
- Communicating with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
- Preparing case summaries
- Managing case files and maintaining accurate records
- Providing administrative support to attorneys as needed
