Medical Assembler

Responsibilities Assemble medical devices or components using specialized tools, equipment, and techniques, following detailed assembly instructions and blueprints. Quality Control Conduct thorough inspections and tests of assembled products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards, including functionality, accuracy, and cleanliness. Documentation Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, including tracking defects, deviations, and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Compliance Adhere to all regulatory requirements, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and internal quality control procedures. Equipment Handling Operate and maintain assembly machinery and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition and reporting any malfunctions or issues to supervisors. Training Assist in training new employees on assembly procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols as needed. Collaboration Work closely with engineers, quality assurance personnel, and other team members to resolve assembly issues and continuously improve processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus. Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment, preferably in the medical device industry. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions. Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and standards.
