ELECTRICAL ASSEMBLER III (Aerospace/Defense)

Overview Electrical Assembler III role at Marvin Engineering Company. Location: Inglewood, CA, US. Full-time onsite. Pay range: $25.00 - $31.25 per hour. The Marvin Group is a strategic partner for Global Alternate Mission Equipment and Sustainment. Responsibilities Setup and operate equipment, tools and fixtures to fabricate and assemble electrical assemblies (calibrated hand tools, torque wrenches, crimping tools, calipers, scales). Set up and perform manual and computer-controlled operations for assembly and testing (as required). Read and follow planning instructions and assembly drawings. Protect product from Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) damage by following policies and procedures. Hi-REL soldering certification, specifications and procedures. Learn, participate in, and apply various trainings to daily work. Verify components, consumables, equipment and calibration are within tolerance/expiration before use. Apply Lean and 6S methodologies to maintain an efficient work area. Perform other related duties as required. Skills / Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of experience plus experience in 4 programs. Basic computer skills. Ability to read blueprints and/or schematics. IPC-610 Certification: The Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies. IPC-620 Certification: Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies or equivalent. J-STD-001 Certification: Soldered Electrical & Electronic Assemblies (for solder role). Ability to perform moderate, demanding, physical and repetitious work. Problem-solving skills; detail-oriented and self-motivated. Fluency in English (read/write/speak). Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Work environment includes manufacturing and/or machining settings with moderate to high activity and use of PPE. Company/Compliance This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
