Design Services Specialist

Duke Manufacturing Company is seeking a Design Services Specialist to join our Customer Care team. What You'll Do Partner with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions Prepare quotes and estimates for new and existing products Create and modify sales drawings using AutoCAD Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Development teams Support product modifications and continuous improvement initiatives Communicate updates clearly with customers and internal stakeholders Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality across all deliverables What You Bring Experience with 3D CAD (AutoCAD preferred) Background in estimating, quoting, or bid preparation Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EPICOR experience preferred Understanding of freight and logistics processes Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills How You Work Build strong relationships and rapport with customers Navigate customer challenges with professionalism and sound judgment Stay organized and effective in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Collaborate well with others and contribute to team success Take initiative and ownership of your work Growth & Development A thoughtful approach to growth-combining structured career paths with individualized development.
