SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Capital One Cafe – 8001 S Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando, FL 32809. Full‑time Shift Supervisor needed immediately. Must be open to weekends and closing shifts. Online applications only. Fixed pay rate: $18.00 per hour. Customer service experience preferred; training will be provided. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Act as the contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
