Signing Bonus for this Position $5,000! In2Great! Pediatric Therapy is growing, and our future looks BRIGHT! We are looking to hire a BCBA to join our warm, inclusive, and inviting community as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Hybrid or WFH Remote opportunities are available!!

In2Great! is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy clinic offering ABA, OT, SLP, PT, mental health, feeding therapy, a therapeutic preschool program, and a transitional program. Our mission is to help as many children as we can, to help support our community and to have FUN while we do it all!

We are looking for a BCBA with one or more years experience. We are looking for candidates who are energetic, fun-loving and collaborative! Applicants must be proficient in Natural Environment Teaching and recognize that it's the most current, evidence based data driven model for children to learn. All CandidatesMUST have:

• At least 1 year experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Active BCBA credential in good standing
  
• Master's Degree in ABA Therapy
• Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning in the field of pediatric therapy
• Empathy, patience, and creativity in engaging children and fostering a positive therapeutic environment.
• Understanding of naturalistic environment therapy approaches, including strategies for embedding therapeutic activities within a child's natural routines, interests, and play experiences.
