Traveling Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer

Join our team as an Ultrasound Technologist (Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) in Mount Pleasant, SC. Use specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images that assist physicians in diagnosing and managing maternal-fetal and obstetric conditions. This role focuses on high-risk obstetrics and maternal fetal medicine within a hospital setting. Your expertise with fetal and OB/GYN imaging protocols will support excellent patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

• ARDMS (OB) with Fetal Echocardiography (FE) certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience required.
• Experience in High Risk OB, Maternal Fetal Medicine, and Obstetrics required.
• Experience performing fetal anatomical surveys and fetal echo required.
• Proficiency with GE Voluson E10 ultrasound equipment required.
• Required fetal skills: abdomen, abdominal circumference, bone lengths, cerebellum, ventricles, diaphragm, duodenal atresia/intussusception assessment, fingers/toes, gender determination, head and heart measurements.
• Required OB/GYN skills: 1st-3rd trimester exams, amniotic fluid index, fetal anatomical survey, fetal echo, inter/intra-orbital measurements, multiple pregnancy assessment, nuchal translucency screening, placenta previa evaluation, and umbilical cord Doppler.
• BLS certification required.
• Traveler experience: Clinic will accept first-time travelers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospital-based maternal fetal medicine or high-risk OB unit preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:00 - 16:30.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
