Senior Associate- S&G Program Manager (Analyst Emerging Talent)

Summary of Responsibilities Program Management: Partner with key program stakeholders to plan and execute internship program across multiple sites and pillars, including project manager & mentor strategies, engagement, and process improvement. Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships and influence leaders across partner groups. Strategy Execution: Own cross‑functional strategic execution across the broader team, including overall Analyst internships performance management and project manager processes. Intern Experience: Develop and implement intern engagement strategies to build a community that leads to retention of top talent and strengthens Capital One’s brand. Escalation Management: Handle intake for escalated associate issues, manage upkeep of issue tracker, and serve as first point of contact for associate issues. Relationship Management: Build and own relationships with internal clients, stakeholders, and external vendors. Basic Qualifications Associate's degree or military experience. At least 2 years of experience in Program Management, Recruiting, Human Resources, or Event Management or a combination. At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides, Docs). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree. At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources, program management, or a client‑facing role. Experience with project management. Experience interpreting metrics and trends to drive data‑backed decisions. Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change. Proven problem solving, analytical and decision‑making skills. Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic program schedule. High degree of professionalism and integrity when interacting with all customer contacts. Salary information: McLean, VA: $88,800 - $101,300 for Sr. HR Associate Richmond, VA: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. HR Associate This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
