Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that enable the development of tailored treatment plans, employing solution-focused interventions that guide clients towards their therapeutic goals.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and growth for clients.

• Maintain high-quality, accurate, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a professional and ethical approach to care.

• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic and integrated care solutions.

• Participate in regular peer consultation and case review meetings, contributing to a culture of learning and ongoing professional development.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and relevant community resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Applicants must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey is essential.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapeutic techniques, with the ability to customize interventions based on individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating the establishment of strong therapeutic relationships.
