Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Entry-Level Position
Four Year College Degree required. Daily responsibilities include: assisting in answering phones, invoicing, mailing, filing.
Skills:
- Excellent Communication, Organization and Computer Skills are Required
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
