Our Wellness Representatives are the face of each location and play an integral role in delivering a high-quality customer experience. Responsibilities Helping clients over the phone, returning important voicemails, and facilitating the booking, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation process Conducting tours and selling service packages and memberships Performing opening and closing procedures Maintain a safe, clean and secure environment for all guests and employees Submit coaching scores after sessions and share findings as needed Support operational aspects of the assigned area to meet the organization's customer requirements, which can include multiple customers Participate in daily and monthly meetings for updates and to present findings and insight Specific Skills / Attributes Effective interpersonal and communication skills required Understand directions and communicate/respond to inquiries Enthusiastically inspires members to change behaviors and to see possibilities Ability to learn to coach effectively using motivational interviewing Flexibility to work any shift (typically an evening shift) or change shifts based on business needs Qualifications Knowledge and ability to quickly learn information around lifestyle topics such as smoking cessation, weight management, nutrition, exercise, stress reduction and sleep Bachelor's degree in health-related field required (e.g., Psychology, Nutrition, Exercise Science, etc.) Experience with benchmarks and contact center metrics preferred, including adherence to schedule Ability to multitask with members and operationally with managers and support staff Ability to coordinate telephonic communication with program participants while navigating software platform and entering data Adaptability to schedule changes on an as-needed basis Employment Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales, General Business, and Education Industries: Wireless Services, Telecommunications, and Communications Equipment Manufacturing Get notified about new Health Coach jobs in Los Angeles, CA . #J-18808-Ljbffr
