About The Role The role keeps technical operations running: owning processes, internal tooling, and cross-functional coordination that let engineering and product teams execute efficiently. You will identify workflow bottlenecks, design scalable systems, and drive complex technical projects from planning to measurable outcome. Key Responsibilities Own and improve core operational processes, documenting technical workflows and standard operating procedures Coordinate cross-functional technical projects across engineering and product, tracking timelines, owners, and deliverables Analyze operational metrics using SQL, Jira, and BI tools to identify bottlenecks and drive efficiency improvements Manage internal tooling stacks and vendor relationships that support day-to-day technical operations Report on operational KPIs and surface execution risks to technology leadership What We Are Looking For 4-7 years of operations, technical project, or program management experience in a technology company Strong analytical and process-design skills; highly proficient with SQL, Jira, Confluence, and modern spreadsheet tools Excellent organization, technical writing, and cross-functional stakeholder management Track record of shipping process improvements and managing complex tooling migrations with measurable impact Bonus: PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification, and experience with Python or API automation #J-18808-Ljbffr
