• Pay Rate: $47.84–$51.84 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day Shift (3×12 Hours), 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Summary

This is a Medical/Surgical Telemetry (MS/Tele) travel nursing contract at a Short Term Acute Care facility in Lubbock, TX. The position involves floating between units and requires an experienced traveler with at least one prior travel contract. The facility is a Level II Trauma Center with 379 total staffed beds.

Key Responsibilities

• Float between units as assigned
• Maintain expected patient care ratios of 1:5
• Work every other weekend as required
• Provide medical/surgical telemetry nursing care across assigned shifts

• Dress Code (Licensed Nursing Personnel — RN, LVN): Solid navy blue colored uniforms or scrub attire; scrub tops may have colored piping; print tops are not acceptable attire except for licensed staff in the Children's Hospital (PED, Pedi, PICU, NICU); Women's Services (L&D, Mom/Baby) will meet the requirements for their unit-specific scrub attire
• Parking: Free in any unrestricted space; please park in any of the free surface parking lots with signs that say Employee/Visitor Parking

• Seasoned traveler required — at least one prior travel contract is required
• 48-hour shifts are not approved
• COVID-19 vaccination: Not required
• Flu vaccination status: Unknown
