Clerical/Admin - Patient Service Representative

Pride Health is hiring a Patient Care Technician for one of its clients in Illinois. This is a 2-month contract with the possibility of an extension with competitive pay and benefits.

Job Type: Patient Care Technician

Duration: 6 weeks, Contract with possibility of extension

Shift: 03:00 PM 11:00 PM, 05:00 PM 01:00 AM

Location: Highland Park, IL 60035

Rate: $20 to $21/hr on W2

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, patient transport, and bedside care.
• Support nursing staff in Med Surg, ICU, and Emergency Department settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in patient condition.
• Ensure patient safety and infection control standards are followed.
• Respond quickly in high-acuity and fast-paced clinical situations.

Required:

• BLS certificate
