Recruiting Intern

Location: Chicago. Job Responsibilities Support various administrative tasks and projects, including data management using the Applicant Tracking System. Provide candidate support and coordinate recruiting events and interview logistics. Assist with resume screening. Support the full-recruiting life cycle, from candidate attraction to offer, while working closely with Talent Attraction (TA) team members and client service professionals (CSPs). Collaborate with TA team members and CSPs, participate in training sessions, and contribute to select team projects. Qualifications and Skills Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic business knowledge. Ability to independently manage and complete tasks with minimal supervision. High level of maturity and professionalism. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours as needed. Excellent customer service skills with a strong orientation toward collaboration in a team environment. 6‑month availability with no more than 35 hours per week. Consistent, predictable in‑person/in‑office working time is essential. Benefits Competitive salary based on location, experience, and skills (U.S. $47,320 – $47,320 per year).
