Food Champions are focused on preparing and serving food for our customers, as well as other job duties. It is a position for friendly, helpful individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced environment.Primary job duties include, but are not limited to:Greeting guests, managing customer issues, and providing outstanding customer service all the timeAlways upholding our strict food safety standardsPreparing food and drink orders, accurately and quicklyPreparing and caring for our fresh ingredientsMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentWashing dishes, sweeping floors, sanitizing surfaces, etc.Using and maintaining various kitchen equipment in a restaurant environmentRequirementsThe ideal candidates must want to have fun serving great food to our customers!Must be at least 16 years of ageAccessibility to dependable and reliable transportationExcellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another).Attendance and Punctuality a mustOperating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers.Basic Math skillsComplete training certificationEnthusiasm and willingness to learnTeam playerCommitment to customer satisfactionHave a strong work ethic #J-18808-Ljbffr
