About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for RootOne, a prominent initiative focused on enhancing the participation and impact of immersive Israel travel experiences for North American Jewish teens. The successful candidate will be a strategic and operational leader, responsible for shaping and advancing the organization's vision, fostering innovation, and serving as the primary representative and advocate. This role involves leading a talented team, driving growth, and expanding the initiative's reach and influence. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building and strengthening strategic partnerships, particularly with major funders and communal leaders, to ensure the continued success and sustainability of the program. Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a proven track record in executive management, strategic leadership, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will be a compelling ambassador for the transformative impact of immersive Israel travel, with a deep commitment to Israel, Jewish life, and teen engagement. Key qualifications include experience in governance, program strategy, and a strong ability to design and improve high-impact national initiatives.
