MSAT Scientist III

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks an MSAT Scientist III to lead technology transfer and manufacturing process development for injectable pharmaceutical products. The role involves designing formulation processes, managing technical projects from clinical through commercial scale-up, and serving as a subject matter expert in sterile manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evaluate process development studies for injectable formulations and scale-up batches
- Lead technology transfer activities and commercial manufacturing process implementation
- Prepare technical documentation including protocols, work orders, and project summaries with minimal supervision
- Serve as subject matter expert on change controls, investigations, and corrective actions
- Represent the organization in formal technical discussions with internal and external clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related physical science
- 3+ years of confirmed pharmaceutical or CMO product development experience
- Advanced knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and scientific methodology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent written, interpersonal, and technical presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and develop technical solutions
