The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office by managing various administrative duties, coordinating schedules, and supporting staff and customers. This position requires a well-organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to prioritize tasks to enhance overall office productivity and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage office correspondence and communications effectively.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members and customers.
- Pursue 5 star Google reviews with satisfied customers.
- Provide superior customer service to clients and visitors
- Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry
- Support the team by managing supplies and subscriptions
- Maintain and control company CRM
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in customer service and schedule coordination
- Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in office administration
- High school diploma or equivalent
