A great residential service company is looking for a Comfort Advisor to join their sales team. This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and genuinely enjoys helping homeowners find the right solutions for their home comfort needs.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many customers, and your ability to connect, listen, and guide will directly impact your income and the customer experience.

What You'll Do
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with homeowners
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
• Present service and membership options with confidence and honesty
• Assist customers in understanding their options and making decisions
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals
• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and service teams
What We're Looking For
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality
• Motivated by performance-based earning
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with computers and scheduling systems
• Prior customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred
