Role Overview
We are seeking a client-facing Account Manager to drive growth across our Retail & CPG portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of sales, client engagement, and delivery, with a strong focus on expanding existing accounts, shaping opportunities, and building high-performing delivery teams.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of industry expertise, consultative selling, and technology understanding, with the ability to operate effectively with both client stakeholders and internal engineering/delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders across Retail & CPG accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client priorities and aligning solutions to business goals
• Identify, qualify, and drive new opportunities within existing accounts
• Own pipeline creation and support revenue growth across the account
• Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to shape solutions and proposals
• Translate client needs into scalable, technology-driven offerings
• Work closely with delivery teams to staff, structure, and scale project teams
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and execution
• Partner with sales, delivery, and leadership teams to drive end-to-end account success
• Facilitate clear communication across business and technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
• 10-15 years of experience in account management, sales, or client engagement roles
• Experience operating at Senior Manager to Director level
• Minimum 5+ years in Retail and/or CPG industry
• Strong understanding of technology-driven solutions (digital, data, commerce, integrations, etc.)
• Proven ability to work with delivery and engineering teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel frequently within the U.S.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed in USA is $150,000 - $180,000 and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
