About the Position

We are seeking an experienced RN Clinic Nurse to join a busy Family Medicine clinic serving patients from Pediatrics through Geriatrics. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with strong outpatient/clinic experience who enjoy working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Clinic Details

• 6 Exam Rooms
• 2 Providers seeing approximately 18–23 patients per day each
• Family Medicine experience preferred
• First-time travelers welcome

Patient Population

Care provided for Pediatric through Geriatric patients, including:
• Preventive care and annual wellness visits
• Vaccinations and routine screenings
• Acute illness treatment
• Chronic disease management

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of clinic/outpatient RN experience
BLS Certification required
EPIC EMR experience required

Floating Requirements

Candidate may float to nearby clinic locations including:
• Sheboygan Falls – 5 miles away
• Howard’s Grove – 16 miles away
• Floating assignments may be communicated up to 1 week in advance or day-of depending on staffing needs.

Orientation

• Up to 1 week based on candidate comfort and experience level

Additional Information

• No weekends or call requirements
• Clinic closed on Christmas and New Year’s Day
• Any scrub color permitted
