We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts at our 206-unit apartment community. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and achieving occupancy goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct tours and confidently close leases 
• Follow up on all leads and manage prospect pipeline 
• Maintain strong occupancy and renewal performance 
• Process applications and lease paperwork accurately 
• Monitor market trends and support marketing efforts 
• Assist other company assets as directed 

This position does not have direct reports and requires someone who is self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience 
• Proven closing skills and strong sales mindset 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills 
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations 
• Ability to travel locally when needed 
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays
