Solutions Architect - Senior Lead Software Engineer (IAM)

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• Formal training or certification in architecture concepts, with at least 5 years of applied experience
• Practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages
• Proficiency across the software development lifecycle, including automation, continuous delivery, agile methods, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
• Demonstrated expertise in a technical discipline such as cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile technology, with the ability to assess emerging technologies and recommend future-state solutions
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI in software engineering and architecture workflows, with strong validation practices and awareness of data sensitivity
• Ability to assess and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into cloud-native architectures while meeting resiliency, security, and auditability requirements
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and its IT systems

• Engage technical teams and business stakeholders to develop and discuss technical approaches for current and future needs
• Define the products technical target state and guide delivery of its strategy
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support architecture discovery and decision-making, with human validation and appropriate protection of sensitive data
• Assess recommendations and new technologies through evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams, and determine their fit with existing systems and information
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot creative software solutions, including complex technical problems
• Build secure, high-quality production code and review and debug code written by others
• Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate recurring remediation work to improve application and system stability
• Establish reusable, AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance across SDLC and toolchain practices, supporting traceability, auditability, resiliency, and security
