Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Salinas, CA, 93901
Duration: 03 months Temp to Hire
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, M-F 40 hours
Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customer accounts and coordinate orders for a well-established manufacturing company. You will work closely with customers, sales, production, logistics, and quality teams to make sure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and process orders
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues
- Track orders and monitor inventory
- Coordinate with production, logistics, sales, and quality teams
- Maintain accurate customer and order information
- Prepare reports and share account data
- Help create and update product specifications
- Troubleshoot order and customer issues
- Support and guide junior team members when needed
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of customer service, account management, or order coordination experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and Excel
- Experience working with ERP systems is a plus
- Manufacturing, production, or logistics experience is preferred
