SENIOR PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

Job Title

Qualifications: Pre-employment background and drug screening required Detail Oriented Good Communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications Stoneham, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work

Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of financial management for assigned properties Prepare monthly bank reconciliations Prepare and coordinate, with outside accountants, year-end return preparation Prepare monthly and/or quarterly financial reporting Prepare JE adjustments for property Prepare monthly mortgage journal entries and ensure that proper funding is available Perform account reconciliation of various accounts Maintain yearly fixed asset schedules for building improvements, etc Review and sign off on all accounts payable invoices related to assigned properties Review and confirm all management fees for assigned properties

Required Skills and Experience: 3+ years of real estate experience preferred Detail Oriented Good Communication skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of Skyline, AvidXchange and MRI would be a plus
