Responsibility as an Implementation Project Manager This role will report to the VP of Client Services and will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of our SaaS product for our new customers. The role will include defining the project scope, project plan, time frames and the required resources. The Project Manager will be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the status of project deliverables is visible to all. You are: Passionate about software implementation and maintenance and have the gift of thinking creatively to identify and resolve problems while multi-tasking in a deadline oriented environment. You have excellent analytical, organizational, problem solving, time and project management skills. You have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and are ready to “hit the ground running”. Have a keen ability to facilitate between customers and multiple departments internally? Requirements Desired Skills and Experience: Liaise with customers to give project development and management updates Prepare and deliver frequent project status reports Manage full life cycle of multiple implementation projects, including project planning, execution and training Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Manage and coordinate activities with project resources Enter requests in project management system Ability to understand and document business practices and procedures Ability to deliver projects successfully under fixed time constraints Thrive on collaborating with the implementation team as well as internal and external customers Experience with the following is a plus: Prior experience implementing SAAS solutions beneficial Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a bonus Qualifications: At least 5 year's project management experience Strong background in Agile development techniques Experience leading software implementation projects from start to finish Excellent written and verbal communication skills A strong focus on understanding and producing business value #J-18808-Ljbffr Wet Willie's
