The Salt Lake City operation is expanding because of significant business growth—not employee turnover. The environment has been described as a collaborative “tech community” where employees enjoy computers, electronics, radios, and building things.
Candidates who build computers, repair electronics, solder as a hobby, work with radio equipment, or enjoy learning how technology operates are encouraged to discuss those interests during the interview process.
Employees must be comfortable using computers because inspection results, test information, production activity, and quality findings are documented electronically.
Career Growth and Employee Perks- Defined advancement opportunities within Quality
- Three anticipated entry-level technician levels
- Three anticipated senior-level positions
- Future leadership opportunities
- Eligibility for review and advancement after approximately six months at Level 1
- Internal promotion opportunities as the Salt Lake City operation grows

- Quarterly performance bonus opportunities
- Lunch provided three times per week
- Clean, organized, climate-controlled facility
- Low employee turnover
- Part-time students are welcome

The company values employees who are comfortable using computers, genuinely interested in technology, attentive to detail, and motivated to continue learning.
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when receiving or moving component shipments
- Ability to bend, reach, kneel, or squat to access materials on lower and upper shelving
