I opened my agency in 2006, and today we’re a team of six dedicated professionals passionate about helping our clients protect what matters most. Before becoming an agent, I built my career as a claim representative and manager and also spent time in the banking industry. Ultimately, I was motivated to start my own business so I could build something meaningful in my community while helping people plan for the future. Our agency culture is built on teamwork, growth, and confidence. We focus heavily on training and development to ensure every team member has the knowledge and tools they need to succeed. We believe in celebrating wins big and small — from team breakfasts and holiday outings to recognizing milestones and achievements together. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Blue Cross Blue Shield group health and dental coverage, as well as a 401(k). As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Randall Young - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
