Low Voltage Sales & Design Specialist

Monster Security & Technology | Base Pay + Commission

Monster Security & Technology is looking for a motivated Sales & Design Specialist to help us grow our commercial low-voltage business.

We prefer someone with experience in CCTV, access control, networking, structured cabling, data/voice, fiber, audio/video, security systems, or similar technologies. Experience with plan take-offs, estimating, proposals, and system design is a major plus.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts
• Network with GCs, property managers, IT departments, facility managers, developers, and business owners
• Perform site walks, plan take-offs, and estimating
• Develop proposals and low-voltage solutions
• Follow opportunities from initial contact through closing
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business

Some leads may be provided, but are not guaranteed. This position requires someone willing to actively network, prospect, and find new opportunities.

Compensation & Growth

This position offers a small base salary plus commission and performance incentives with significant earning potential.

There may also be additional sales and commission opportunities within our other businesses and upcoming ventures. We also operate a party rental company , have opportunities within real estate , and are developing a new service-management software platform that will require a strong sales team as we bring it to market.

For the right person, this could grow into a much larger business development and sales leadership opportunity across multiple companies.

• Has low-voltage and/or B2B sales experience
• Understands relationship-based selling
• Is comfortable prospecting and networking
• Can work independently and create opportunities
• Is motivated by commission and income growth
• Wants the opportunity to grow into a larger sales role
