Lead Line Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lead Line Cook to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and consistency, managing inventory, controlling costs, and ensuring successful execution of service and special events. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to standards
• Order food, supplies, and ingredients as needed
• Maintain inventory and complete weekly counts
• Ensure quality and consistency of all food served
• Assist with event execution and kitchen preparation
• Minimize waste and monitor food costs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of kitchen equipment when needed

Qualifications

• Previous line cook or kitchen leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
