Develop and validate business cases with baseline performance, target benefits, savings assumptions, feasibility view and measurable outcomes.

Business process transformation

Lead as-is/to-be process design for selected AO initiatives; define implications for roles, handoffs, controls, skills, training and operating model.

As-is/to-be process maps, target operating model, organization impact assessment, skills/training needs and change implications.

Use-case definition and delivery alignment

Define use-case scope, requirements, dependencies and implementation considerations; align business design with IT/AI delivery teams and Jira story structures.

Use-case definition pack, functional/technical requirement inputs, dependency map, release scope and Jira-ready business requirements.

Stakeholder engagement

Facilitate workshops, align senior stakeholders, secure buy-in, manage business expectations and translate feedback into refined designs.

Workshop outputs, decision logs, stakeholder alignment notes, refined scope and action tracker.

Adoption and change

Create rollout, adoption and training strategy; ensure user engagement, feedback loops and operational readiness are designed into the transformation.

Adoption plan, onboarding/training approach, communications themes, feedback approach and readiness checklist.

Governance and reporting

Support steering committees, weekly connect meetings and program governance with clear status, risks, issues, dependencies and value-realization progress.
