You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Must be able to obtain appropriate licensing. (Beginning base salary is $36,000/year with opportunities for increases over a 2 year period. Well-performing team members typically receive $45,000 - $65,000 in total annual compensation the first year which includes additional bonuses and commissions.)
