The Design And AI Technology Specialist will play a key role in advancing Small Law Marketing by combining creative design expertise with AI-powered marketing technology and automation. Reporting to the head of Small Law Marketing, this position will create compelling marketing and sales enablement assets, including videos, presentations, digital content, branded collateral, and templated materials using professional design software and AI-enhanced creative tools. The role will also lead and optimize key marketing technologies, including Seismic, Captello, Pardot, video platforms, and the Small Law online store, while automating marketing and sales event processes to improve efficiency, ensure brand consistency, and accelerate campaign execution.

Responsibilities

Design, Marketing Technology & Platform Management

• Lead the administration, optimization, and support of key marketing and sales platforms, including Seismic, Captello, Pardot, and video platforms.
• Design and produce high-quality marketing and sales enablement assets, including presentations, videos, digital content, branded collateral, and templated leave-behinds using professional design software and AI-enhanced creative tools.
• Build, maintain, and optimize Pardot landing pages and campaign assets to support lead generation and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure seamless integration of marketing technology into campaign execution and sales enablement while troubleshooting platform issues and coordinating with vendors or internal teams as needed.

Campaign Execution & Automation

• Execute digital marketing campaigns using AI and automation to improve efficiency, scalability, and speed to market.
• Create, update, and manage campaign assets across digital channels, including videos, landing pages, and sales enablement materials.
• Automate marketing and sales event workflows to streamline execution and improve the user experience.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to support continuous optimization.

Sales Enablement, Content & Creative Services

• Develop scalable, branded templates and sales enablement materials that support consistent messaging and visual identity.
• Organize and maintain sales enablement content within Seismic, ensuring materials remain current, accessible, and aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to create compelling visual content and leverage AI-driven insights to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Process Improvement & Innovation

• Identify opportunities to improve marketing operations through AI, automation, and process optimization.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and creative solutions that enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Document processes, establish best practices, and provide training to encourage adoption of marketing technology, design standards, and AI capabilities across the team.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, digital marketing, marketing technology, or a related field.

Proficiency with professional design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar) and experience creating digital and print marketing assets, presentations, and video content.

Experience with marketing automation and sales enablement platforms, including Pardot, Seismic, Captello, or similar technologies; experience building Pardot landing pages is highly preferred.

Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and an interest in applying AI to improve content creation and marketing efficiency.

Basic understanding of campaign execution, lead generation, sales enablement, and digital marketing best practices.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and support team adoption.

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $48,900 - $81,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
