Marketing Associate

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to assist with the coordination and delivery of local marketing initiatives. This position combines campaign support, customer communication, and brand representation, with an emphasis on keeping daily marketing activities organized and running smoothly.. . You’ll work alongside the marketing team on active campaigns, help communicate current offers and services, and provide support wherever needed throughout the campaign process.. . What You’ll Do. Assist with the day-to-day delivery of marketing campaigns and promotional programs.. Introduce customers to current products, services, and marketing initiatives.. Provide clear information and respond to general questions about available offerings.. Prepare materials and resources needed for upcoming marketing activities.. Help coordinate campaign schedules and daily assignments.. Ensure marketing materials and messaging are presented accurately and consistently.. Record customer responses, questions, and feedback from active campaigns.. Share campaign observations and updates with the broader team.. Assist with organizing promotional materials, supplies, and campaign resources.. Work with colleagues to complete scheduled marketing activities.. Follow campaign guidelines and company procedures.. Provide general support on additional marketing projects as needed.. Who We’re Looking For. Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a related area.. Clear and professional communication skills.. Comfortable speaking with a variety of customers and answering questions.. Organized and able to keep track of multiple assignments.. Reliable and consistent with scheduled responsibilities.. Able to work well with others and contribute to shared projects.. Detail-oriented when handling campaign information and materials.. Comfortable adapting to different campaigns, products, and daily priorities.. Additional Skills. Strong interpersonal and listening skills..
